One Healthy Choice After Another

This page is dedicated to expressing the awareness of how important our day-to-day-to-life choices really are. We all tend to make poor choices every now and then, but hey, that’s human nature! Hopefully I speak for many when I say it’s important to learn from those poor choices, and in turn, we make smarter choices in the future.

From turning off the alarm on a Sunday morning, deciding what foods to eat, when to eat, what to wear to work, how to deal with stress, how to fit in exercise in a busy schedule, to “simple” things like laughing with a loved one; these are all choices, along with millions beyond millions more, in which we have the privilege on making.

I can say, from personal experience, we all need a little motivation or guidance every now and then, and that’s why I am here. I am a certified personal trainer also studying Nutrition, and after that I’ll move on to yet another of my curiosities and hope to tie this all together. I am certified in first-aid, CPR and AED.  I believe in making healthy choices. I believe in staying tuned-in with fitness. I might be goofy, but that’s the blonde in me. I can’t help it, I’m blonde by nature yet fit by choice.
